AxionHost offers a 72-hour money-back guarantee on all new hosting service purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the performance or service quality within the first 72 hours of activation, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been heavily utilized or abused.
Refunds are NOT granted for: (a) Services cancelled by AxionHost due to Terms of Service violations; (b) Setup fees, domain registrations, or third-party licenses; (c) Renewals of existing services (all renewals are final).
To initiate a refund, you must submit a support ticket via the Client Area clearly stating the reason for cancellation within the 72-hour window. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after verification.
If your server shows excessive CPU usage, disk I/O saturation, or bandwidth abuse during the trial period, the refund eligibility may be revoked at our sole discretion.
