Users must not engage in activities that overload the network, host illegal content (DMCA violations), or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other clients. Any violation results in immediate suspension without refund.
All services are billed in advance. We require valid payment details for recurring services. Refunds are only offered within 72 hours of the initial setup, subject to hardware usage assessment, as outlined on our main pricing page.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Downtime is calculated monthly. Credit toward future services may be issued for qualifying outages, excluding scheduled maintenance or user-caused errors (e.g., bad configuration).
While we take backups for infrastructure redundancy, the responsibility for backing up critical world files and configurations ultimately lies with the client. We recommend clients perform their own daily backups.
